REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return Email us at kiwiexotics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us to arrange.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
